♦ The time of arrival and departure is approximate.
♦ The traveler should carry their identification throughout the journey.
♦ Deccan Odyssey reserves the right to modify the itinerary, if necessary.
♦ If the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to the departure date, the amount payable will be 10 percent of the ticket price.
♦ Cancellations between 45 and 59 days prior to the departure date would require the payment of 20 percent of the ticket price.
♦ In case cancellations are made within 30 and 44 days prior to the departure date, then 50 percent of the ticket price would be payable.
♦ In case the cancellation takes place 29 days or lesser than that prior to the departure, then 100 percent charge
♦ The 20% of total tour cost should be paid upon booking.
♦ The remaining 80% balance should be paid within 50 days before the tour starts.
♦ Confirmation of the tour will depend on the amount of deposit paid.
♦ Those under 5 years old travel for free if they use the double room together with their parents.
♦ Child accommodation will be offered free of charge depending on availability during reservation.
♦ Presidential Suite accommodates either 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children.
♦ Family with children aged between 6 and 12 years are advised to choose the Presidential Suite.
♦ In case 2 children aged between 6 and 12 years travel with their parents, an extra cabin might be necessary.
♦ No interconnecting cabins are available.
♦ Taxes are additional.
