♦ Cancellation between 30 and 44 days prior to travel date: 50% of the ticket price will be deducted.
♦ Cancellation fewer than 30 days prior to travel date: 100% of the ticket price will be deducted.
♦ Cancellations must always be in writing.
♦ Refunds will be made in accordance with company policy.
♦ 20% deposit payment must be paid upon reservation.
♦ The remaining 80% balance payment should be made not less than 50 days before the scheduled departure date.
♦ The bookings will be confirmed only after making the required payment.
♦ Availability of cabins is subject to confirmation.
♦ Full payment will be needed before issuing any travel documents.
♦ Any special requests are subject to availability.
♦ Travel for one child below the age of 5 years is complimentary while traveling in a cabin along with parents.
♦ Availability of the double bed cabin is the condition for complimentary accommodation.
♦ Presidential Suite is suggested to families having children between the ages of 6 and 12 years.
♦ Presidential Suite accommodates two adults and two children on specific terms and conditions.
♦ Separate cabins for children will be charged according to prevailing rates.
♦ Interconnecting cabins cannot be made on the ship.
♦ Parents are requested to ensure that children maintain the calmness onboard.
♦ Applicable taxes will be levied separately.
