♦ More than 60 days before departure: The ticket value will attract a charge of 10%.
♦ Between 45 and 59 days before departure: The ticket value will attract a charge of 20%.
♦ Between 30 and 44 days before departure: The ticket value will attract a charge of 50%.
♦ Less than 29 days before departure: Cancellation attracts a full charge of 100% of the ticket value.
♦ Cancellation requests should be made in writing by email.
♦ The deposit amount is set to 20% of the entire journey amount.
♦ This must be settled at least 50 days prior to travel.
♦ Reservations will only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit.
♦ A kid under 5 years old can travel free by sharing a double bed with the parents in a Deluxe Cabin.
♦ Free accommodations are based on the availability of double beds at the time of reservation.
♦ The Presidential Suite can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two kids.
♦ It is advisable for families traveling with kids ages 6–12 years to choose the Presidential Suite.
♦ If two kids ages 6–12 years travel with the parents, they might need another cabin.
♦ The first child will pay 25% of the adult fare while the second one pays 50% of the adult fare.
♦ There are no interconnecting cabins.
♦ Extra charges are applicable for the taxes incurred.
