♦ Each guest traveling in the train needs to carry valid ID proofs.
♦ Cancellation more than 60 days prior to travel: 10% will be charged for the cost of the journey.
♦ Cancellation between 45 and 59 days prior to travel: 20% will be charged for the cost of the journey.
♦ Cancellation between 30 and 44 days prior to travel: 50% will be charged for the cost of the journey.
♦ Cancellation less than 30 days prior to travel: 100% will be charged for the cost of the journey.
♦ Cancellations should be done in writing through email.
♦ 20% of the full price of the journey has to be paid at the time of booking.
♦ The remaining 80% of the balance amount should be paid 50 days before the travel date.
♦ Bookings will not be confirmed until the deposit is made.
♦ The full amount should be paid before issuing travel papers.
♦ The allocation of cabins will be on a first come first serve basis.
♦ The special requests will also be subject to availability.
♦ One free-of-charge kid aged 0 to 5 may join the trip provided they are staying in the same room as their parents.”
♦ Availability of free accommodation depends on the availability of a double-bedded cabin.
♦ Families traveling with kids aged 6 to 12 are advised to opt for the Presidential Suite.
♦ The Presidential Suite has the capacity to house two adults and two children provided that certain conditions are met.
♦ Children residing in different cabins are subjected to payment of applicable fees.
♦ There are no interconnecting cabins on board.
♦ Parents must see to it that children do not disturb the serene environment provided onboard.
♦ Applicable taxes are charged separately.
