♦ 60 days or more before departure: 10% of the ticket value will be charged.
♦ 45–59 days before departure: 20% cancellation charge.
♦ 30–44 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge.
♦ Less than 30 days before departure: 100% cancellation charge.
♦ All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
♦ 20% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
♦ The remaining 80% balance payment must be paid 50 days before departure.
♦ Bookings are subject to cabin availability and confirmation from the operator.
♦ One child up to 5 years can stay free in a Deluxe Cabin when sharing a bed with parents.
♦ Families with children aged 6–12 years are recommended to book the Presidential Suite for added comfort.
♦ For two children aged 6–12 years, an additional cabin may be required.
♦ Interconnecting cabins are not available onboard.
