Your royal journey begins at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Mumbai. After completing check-in formalities, you’ll receive a traditional Indian welcome with refreshments. Settle into your luxurious cabin as the Deccan Odyssey departs for Nashik. Enjoy a gourmet dinner onboard and spend your first night in royal comfort.
Wake up to the serene landscapes of Nashik. After breakfast, visit the sacred Godavari Ghats, where you can observe traditional Hindu rituals and explore the vibrant local market.
Later, head to Grover Zampa Vineyards for an exclusive winery tour and wine-tasting session featuring India’s finest sparkling and still wines. Enjoy lunch at the vineyard before returning to the train as it departs for Aurangabad.
Today, explore the magnificent Ellora Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rock-cut Buddhist, Hindu, and Jain temples. The highlight is the awe-inspiring Kailasa Temple, carved from a single rock.
After the excursion, return to the train for lunch and relaxation as the Deccan Odyssey continues towards Jalgaon.
