♦ Cancellation over 65 days prior to the date of travel: 60% of the ticket value charged.
♦ Cancellation between 64 and 50 days before departure: 55% of the ticket value charged.
♦ The cancellation is subject to 100% of the ticket price being levied if it happens within 49 days of the departure date.
♦ Refunds will be made in accordance with relevant regulations.
♦ International refunds can have bank processing charges deducted.
♦ The train company reserves the right to cancel train departure as per operational reasons and will refund the amount received accordingly.
♦ Please request any time you want to book and include your cabin type, and passenger information.
♦ Passport information needed for reservations.
♦ To confirm a booking, a minimum amount of 30% of the total ticket value is required.
♦ The full payment should be made no later than 70 days prior to travel.
♦ Reservations booking within 70 days before departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.
♦ Funds may be transferred by bank transfer or credit card (approved).
♦ Passengers’ requirements and full payment will be required before travel documents are issued.
♦ Kids are permitted on board as long as they are supervised by an adult.
♦ For safety reasons, children may not be able to go on some outings if they are under the age specified.
♦ Depending on cabin occupancy and child age, special fares may apply.
♦ The safety and behavior of accompanying children is the parent’s (guardian’s) responsibility.
♦ Exactly how much the child will cost and their eligibility can be finalized at the time of booking.
